I have a cat who tries to steal pins from my pincushion and eat them. I have had at least two times when I have panicked thinking she may have swallowed one. Luckily she never has, but I keep the pins where she can't get to them if she is around. I also keep my pincushion in a gallon ziplock bag while I am working (just leave the top open and reach in for pins when I need them) and watch her like a hawk if she is nearby, and if I drop one... no further sewing commences until I find it, even if it means getting out a magnet and crawling around on the floor till I find it.

Glad your little Posey is going to be ok. Best wishes for a quick recovery for your fur baby. :)
Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00550898784150290708noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-522816830241267770.post-91465594824166544432014-07-30T19:49:31.295-07:002014-07-30T19:49:31.295-07:00seriously am vacuuming today and doing a tidy up, ...seriously am vacuuming today and doing a tidy up, thanks for letting everyone know this can happen. I am grateful he was so on top of it and got her back for surgery before any more damage was done. Thank you for your positive thoughts for Posey. My daughter picked her out from the rescue and she sleeps with her, so she would have been beyond devastated. And thank you for visiting the blog and your kind words below. They get in trouble with used dental floss also. So glad your kitty is okay now. BConkyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12567728669689070443noreply@blogger.com
