Signature Required

Outfit 121 - 2013-14 School Year

Somethings are just classics and I really feel like a great maxi dress will always be in style. I personally love them. They are so comfortable and are flattering on so many different body types. Today we are visiting one of the first knit maxi dresses I ever made, The Signature Dress from Go To Patterns http://gotopatterns.com/collections/go-to-patterns/products/go-to-signature-dress-for-girls-pdf-pattern
\

It's size range is 12m-12y and it has tons of length options, sleeve options, elastic/shirring options, a hood variation. I mean you could make this pattern multiple times and never make the same dress twice. I <3 patterns like that :)

I grabbed this awesome drapey knit post-tornadic activity at the Joann on the clearance aisle (which is still 50% btw!) We did the size 12 and inseam pocket and regular short sleeve and a 3 row shirred waist. I think it was very pretty and feminine on her. She got lots of compliments at school. Her teacher from last year said that SHE wanted one ;) Comfy and cute, isn't that what we ladies strive for?

Here is our Go To Patterns Signature dress.
