Hakuna Matata

Outfit 94 - 2013-14 School Year

The more Disney things I make, the more Disney excited I get. Before our girls trip, honestly, I hadn't been to Disney World since 2007 when I ran the Disney Half Marathon. Fast forward 7 years (and about 40 lbs) ahead and we are sitting here in 2014.

How stinking cute was she?? Ugh, I just want to pinch her. You moms out there with the little folks, just sit on them or something. In 9 weeks, she will be a MIDDLE SCHOOLER! Yuck!

I have to admit, in our Disney absence, I had kind of developed a Bah Humbug response to Disney. However, after our girls trip a few weeks ago, we really had a fantastic time. It was so much fun. We had already planned to go on the Disney Cruise, so I was very excited that we could add a few more days on and go to the parks.

So, I am continuing to sew things for our trip. Today is an upcycled shirt from Walmart. You can purchase it online at http://www.walmart.com/ip/Juniors-Lion-King-Short-Sleeve-Graphic-Tee/32447524. I paired it with some amazing knits from one of my favorite go to knit suppliers - EuroGirlsBoutique http://eurogirlsboutique.com/. These fun fabrics all jumbled together made a fun, perfect for a day at Animal Kingdom dress. We went back to the Create Kids Couture Tessa dress http://www.createkidscouture.com/tessas_tweens.html

So, I present to you the Disney Inspired Lion King Tessa Dress. I <3 it!

She had a great time with these shots :)

Thank you for stopping by tonight! Tomorrow we are going to wrap up the week with another Getting Ready for Disney outfit!

M-I-C, See you soon, K-E-Y, Why, because we like you, M-O-U-S-E
